My World Portal

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-07-01

My World Portal ("we", "the Site") is a free browser game portal. This page explains what data is collected while you use it and why.

1. No accounts, no login

The Site does not require you to create an account or sign in. We do not collect your real name, email address, or any government ID.

2. Data stored only on your device (LocalStorage)

Your favorited games, your chosen display language, and your local best score for each game are stored only in your browser's LocalStorage. This data never leaves your device and is not visible to us. Clearing your browser data removes it permanently.

3. World ranking data (Firebase Firestore)

If you choose to submit a score to the world ranking, we store: the nickname you typed in (not your real name), your score, the game it belongs to, and a random identifier generated by your browser (not linked to your identity). This is stored using Google Firebase Firestore, a third-party cloud database provider, so it can be shown publicly on the ranking board. See Firebase's privacy documentation for how Google processes this data.

4. Cookies & ads

The Site does not use tracking cookies or advertising at this time. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated.

5. Children's privacy

The Site does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The ranking nickname field should not contain real names.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Site's features change. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
